SMC Design was enlisted to jump start this extensive Kitchen and Master bed/bath renovation and to help define a final floor plan that considered many of the rough ideas the owners had been thinking about for years. The goal was to maximize the efficiency of the space and utilize sustainable finishes wherever possible. The before kitchen was small with a traffic pattern that trailed right through the work area. The final design solution opens the kitchen up to guests and creates more space for custom cabinetry.  The exisitng post and beam structure of 30/60/45 degree angles made the challenge of space efficiency that much more interesting.
