Phase 1 – Construction

• Interior architectural design and space planning, including architectural details, millwork drawings, on-site back framing consultation
• Specifications for interior and exterior finishes + fixtures; color + sample boards
• Drafting and AutoCAD
• Custom kitchen and bath design
• Electrical layout and lighting specifications, including onsite consultation with electrician
• Design project management, including meetings on site with trades; review of drawings, specifications and bids; work schedule + follow through; liaise between client and on-site trades

Phase 2 – Soft Finishes

• Furniture, including selections, specifications, procurement for new or custom
• Material selections, including wall coverings, upholstery, blinds, drapery, bedding
• Color consultations, including paint, fabrics, wall coverings, drapery, bedding
• Lighting selection, including built-in, free-standing lamps
• Custom furniture designs, including upholstery, case goods, built-in cabinet design
• Custom window treatment designs, including blinds, shutters, draperies
• Art + accessories
• Installation of all above items
• Move co-ordination, including delivery + set-up
